This ring features an oval rose quartz cabochon alongside a round moonstone cabochon on a hammered sterling silver band. Because both stones are translucent, each bezel is set onto the ring band with an open back to allow more light through the stone. While both stones catch the light beautifully when worn, moonstone refracts light especially well, resulting in a rainbow of colors that is its namesake.
